1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the aq555 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By visiting the aq555 website, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the aq555 support team immediately.

aq555 will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use, unless it is caused by our own fault.

3.2 Account Balance

Your account balance will be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). An aq555 account is a gaming account — it is not a bank account and no interest applies.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If attempts to operate multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, payment method, or household member are detected, all related accounts may be closed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into aq555:

• Upay

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. This limit applies to each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Verification

To prevent fraud and money laundering, aq555 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction. The relevant transaction may be temporarily held while the verification process is underway.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at aq555 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus can be claimed only once and applies to a single account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus after receiving it, you must wager the total of the deposit and bonus amount 10 times (10x). Until the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount remains separate from the cash balance.

5.3 Promotion Rules

General rules regarding bonuses and promotions:

• A promotion can be used only once per household or device.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games will be specified in the terms of each promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, aq555 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• aq555 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

The aq555 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier is determined by your consistent gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on aq555 are operated fairly and impartially. We work with world-renowned game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. aq555 reserves the right to change the betting limits of any game. aq555 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings that occur due to a technical error.

6.3 Game Errors

If a technical issue or error occurs in a game, the affected round will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. "Errors void all pays" — any winnings or losses arising from a technical issue are not recognized.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aq555 and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage — systematic betting with the intent to profit from bonuses.
• Operating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Use of hacking, software bots, or automated betting tools.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening platform staff.
• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment method.

8 Intellectual Property

The aq555 website, its logo, content, software, design, and all related elements are the intellectual property of aq555. No part of this property may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

The software and content of game providers are owned by their respective owners. The names and logos of Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and other providers are trademarks of their respective owners.

9 Limitation of Liability

aq555 provides services as a gaming platform. aq555 is not liable for the following:

• Any financial loss incurred in games — gaming inherently involves risk.
• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with your device.
• Disruption of third-party software or payment provider services.
• Unintentional technical errors or server downtime.

In no circumstances will aq555's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided there are no policy violations.
